Price overview
Registration is open to Lions, Leos, and guests. Access to the Karlsruhe City Hall is only possible with valid registration.
A reduced registration fee applies to the first 1,000 registrations (Lions, Leos, and guests combined). The regular fee will be charged for registrations after the 1,001st.
To offer participants the greatest possible flexibility, day registrations are also possible for the three days of the forum.

Europa Dinner & Europa Party
As the Europe Dinner and Europe Party are taking place in Karlsruhe City Hall, registration is also required for this day in order to participate in these events.
Are you already registered and would like to bring your partner to the Europa Dinner and/or Party, even though he or she is not participating in the Forum? No problem: you can purchase an additional ticket for the dinner or party only (without day registration). Simply send us an email at registration@ef2026.de.
