Join us for a lively and informal Get-together, where Lions and Leos from across Europe gather to reconnect, share stories, and celebrate friendship in a relaxed atmosphere. This special evening combines camaraderie, local culture, and the true spirit of Lionism. It will start directly after the Opening Ceremony in the Foyer of the Stadthalle Karlsruhe. Enjoy an evening of good company with small bites of food and a welcome drink provided, as we embrace the spirit of Lionism and set the stage for an inspiring Europa Forum ahead.

Dinner with New Friends – Europa Forum LIONS Clubs International

Experience an evening of friendship, culture, and great food during the Europa Forum! Participants can choose between two restaurant categories (€€ or €€€ selfpayment), and will be grouped with fellow Lions and Leos from across Europe to enjoy a delicious dinner in one of Karlsruhe’s charming restaurants. Each group of up to 10 – 20 people will share good conversations, discover the city’s culinary delights, and make new international connections – hosted by local Lions. Don’t worry – you won’t be separated from your partner – but do be ready to meet new friends and taste the flavors of Karlsruhe!
Charity Concert Lions European Chamber Players (LECP)

The Lions European Chamber Players are made up of music students and former winners of the European Music Prize from all over Europe. With the motto ‘Uniting Europe in Music’, Lions uses this orchestra to promote cohesion and cooperation among young people in order to strengthen the common good in Europe.
Europa Dinner

Celebrate the spirit of Lionism in style at the Europa Dinner. This elegant evening brings together Lions and Leos from across Europe for a festive night of fine dining, entertainment, and friendship. Enjoy a refined atmosphere, inspiring moments, and the joy of international fellowship as we close the Forum with elegance and unity, (Attire: at least smart business attire, no evening gown, tuxedo or dinner jacket required.). All drinks are included until 9:30 p.m. All participants of the Europa Dinner are invited to join the Europa Party (no drinks included).

Keep the night alive at the Europa Party, the vibrant after-party of the Europa Forum! Whether you joined the Europa Dinner or not, everyone is welcome to come together for an evening of music, dancing, and international friendship. Enjoy the festive atmosphere with two welcome drinks included in your ticket, and celebrate the unity and joy of Lionism in true European style!
